As Summer comes, you will think of lots of beauty and body probelsm bacause of heavy sunlight, your skin gets tanned and gets lot of sweat, will make you become so irritaing and dull. But If you prepare yourselff in advance only that Summer season is going to come and we have to enjoy this summer by going out and hit the sunny and sandy beaches. I am sure you will love to enjoy wearing shorts along with the sporty shoes and to go out and fun, but wait, please change your your daily rountine care of your body too. Am I right? So here, We are going to discuss about some pre care tips of our body before welcoming summer season:
- Do Light make up : Do only light make during summer time as it should clog your pores because our skin needs breathe all the day, so avoid heavy make up will give more bright and descent look.
- Use a mild shampoo : taking care of hair is also a big part for your body care tips. Because of summer, Wash your hair with a deep cleaning shampoo to avoid having dirty and irritating scalp.
- Nourish your skin with some good moisturizer :As it is summer does not mean that you don’t need to moisturize the skin. Dryness will make your skin dehydrated. Output of this will be getting wrinkles and dull skin. Make sure you are using right moisturizer as per your skin type before going to sleep. I would recommend you to go for water based moisturizer but hydrates your skin with the vitamines what our skin needs.
- Drink enough water or juices : you sweat more in summer so hydrate yourself by taking plenty of water. Fruit juices, coconut water, lemonade are lots of option to make you hydrated. Avoid ice cream which contains a lots of sugar and also ice based water or any liquid.
- Skin Care : Always apply sunscreen with SPF 15 or more, whenever going out in the sun. you will not feel so dryness in summer like winter season; it could lead to pimples and rough skin. Try to use scrub also in the bath. Do a gentle massage on your face by using scrub with the help of your finger tips.
- Bath twice a day : Try to do bath twice in a dat at least in summer time, it will help you to get relax and will remove dirt and sweat from your skin . It will be also helpful for your personal hygiene and keeps you away infections and bad smell.
- Personal Hygine: In personal hygine, you just need to take care of your body also you can take shower while coming from sunlight. It will not only refresh you but avoid bacterial growth on your skin too. Always exfoliate your skin while taking bath. It will help you to remove dead skin and also will give you new skin layer.
- Eating Healthy : During summer, you should take more care about what you eat or not , basically avoid junk food or outside area food. instead eat lots of salad and fruit. Eat plenty of fresh leafy vegetables and juices. Try food which has more proteins. Eating right food in right season provides you the positive affects.. Cucumber, oranges, carrot, salmon, tomatoes, papaya, water melon are some foods you can have in summer time.
- Exercise : Start doing exercise as it is more important for our skin. As it is so hot outside, try to do exercise in the very early morning before sun rises or you can do yoga or meditation at home at normal cooling temperature. You can gym also so that you will exercise daily rather running in morning in summer. If you do not like to wake up early, you can exercise in the evening or night also. Drink plenty of water during work out; carry a water bottle with you if you are going out.
- Perfect Dress : Wearing perfect dress as per season not only prepares you confident but gives you smarter look. you can were full sleeves length dress where it will prevent your skin from dirl and heavy sunlight and also I would recomment you to wear loose dress so that air should pass through your skin, you will not feel sweaty and irritating. Wear cap and sun glasses to cover your face from direct sunlight UV rays.
- Lemonade: Drink lemon water whenever you are outside and It will make you hydrated all the time . Also helps you to get you energitized. It is last but not the least where you can take care of your body during summer season.
